TEMPLE PRE-COLLEGE WORKSHOPS
With a focus on academic exploration and college and career readiness, Temple Pre-College Workshops offer a unique opportunity for students to prepare for their future while enjoying an immersive college campus experience. During this two-week experience, students will choose from 25+ workshops and get a taste of undergraduate college life. Students can opt to live on campus in dorms or commute daily to campus.

Location: Temple University in Philadelphia, PA

Program Length: 2 weeks

Dates: Temple Pre-College Workshops offers two (2) two-week sessions. Summer Searchers would attend one of the following sessions:

Monday, July 8 – Friday, July 19, 2024 (residential students move in on Sunday, July 7)

Monday, July 22 – Friday, August 2, 2024 (residential students move in on Sunday, July 21)

Participant Mix: Mix of students from all over Philadelphia and the country. You may or may not have another Summer Searcher in your chosen workshops.
PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

Attend two non-credit workshops of your choice, depending on the session you attend. Topics include business, education, health and medicine, writing, the arts, politics and social justice, leadership, pre-law, and more.

Participate in college and career prep workshops, activities, and events put on by the program

Engage in interactive, project-based learning
